BrandLynk is a two-sided marketplace platform connecting nano and micro content creators with D2C brands and small businesses in India for collaboration opportunities including paid collabs, free product exchanges, affiliate deals and event invites.

By signing up you agree to these terms.

BrandLynk is currently in beta. This means:

• The platform is actively being developed and improved
• Features may change, be added or removed without notice
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We cannot guarantee a specific number of brand deals or creator matches
• Your feedback helps us build a better product

To use BrandLynk you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be based in India
• Have a valid email address
• Provide accurate information about yourself or your brand

As a creator on BrandLynk you agree to:

• Provide accurate follower counts and engagement data
• Only represent Instagram accounts you own
• Not misrepresent your audience, niche or content
• Honour collaboration agreements made through the platform
• Treat brands with professionalism and respect
• Not use the platform to spam or harass brands

As a brand on BrandLynk you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your brand and campaigns
• Only use creator data for legitimate collaboration purposes within the platform
• Not misuse or share creator personal data with third parties
• Honour collaboration agreements made through the platform
• Treat creators with professionalism and respect
• Not use the platform to spam or harass creators

You must not:

• Create fake accounts or provide false information
• Harass, abuse or threaten other users
• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the matching system
• Scrape or copy user data from the platform
• Use another user's account without permission

BrandLynk reserves the right to remove any user who violates these rules without notice or refund.

• BrandLynk currently facilitates connections between brands and creators but does not process payments between them
• Any financial agreements made between brands and creators are between those parties directly
• BrandLynk is not responsible for payment disputes between users
• Future premium features may involve subscription payments handled through Razorpay

• You retain ownership of your own content and profile information
• By signing up you grant BrandLynk permission to display your profile information to relevant users on the platform
• We do not sell your data to third parties

BrandLynk does not guarantee:

• A specific number of brand matches or creator applications
• The quality or authenticity of any user on the platform
• That collaborations will be completed successfully
• Continuous or error-free service during beta

We are building this ecosystem together with you. We will do our best.

BrandLynk is not liable for:

• Any disputes between brands and creators
• Loss of income or opportunity arising from platform use
• Any damages resulting from reliance on user-provided information
• Service interruptions during the beta period

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app message. Continued use of BrandLynk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
